Mission statement
At our core, this studio exists to create space for women and female-bodied people to be seen, supported, and given real opportunity. We believe talent is often overlooked when people are judged by systems built on oppression, discrimination, and exclusion. This shop was built to challenge that.
We are rooted in compassion, unity, anti-racism, anti-fascism, and respect for all people. Everyone who walks through our doors is welcome here. We believe tattooing is more than art — it is healing, self-expression, survival, and reclaiming ownership of your body and story.
Inspired by the spirit of “Bread and Roses,” we believe working people deserve more than survival. People deserve dignity, fair opportunity, creative freedom, beauty, art, culture, and a life that feels meaningful. We believe artists deserve to thrive, not just struggle.
This studio is committed to uplifting women and female-bodied artists, especially those who have been underestimated, overlooked, or denied fair chances elsewhere. We value potential, integrity, growth, and community over ego and gatekeeping.
This is a space built with intention: for art, for healing, for solidarity, and for giving people the chance they deserved all along.
-To Zoe, candy, Izzy and Kensington … and to my younger self. I love you, you’re worth it.
